Big Data Analytics Engineer - Hadoop / Hive - Banking Domain at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers. J0070 Title Big Data Analytics Engineer - Hadoop / Hive - Banking Domain Experience 3-6 yrs Job Type Permanent / Contract [Depends on Project Needs or C2H] Position Type Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid]. Qualification ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc Technical/Functional Skills • Preferred Technical Role Requirement : • Must have 4 to 10 Years of experience into Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark etc.) along with SQL. • Must be Proficient in Coding or Programming. • Must be Familiar with analytics Environment. • Banking Domain is Must. • Exposure into different Big data tools or Business intelligence tools would be desirable. • Having good knowledge prior working experience in any of the tools will be a Huge plus, such as Tableau, VBA etc. • Business Communication Skills (email and conference calls) and Fluent with English language. • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data. Roles & Responsibilities • Extensive experience using Big Data technologies to analyze and solve business problems. • Demonstrated ability to Synthesize, Prioritize and Drive results with a high sense of urgency. • Strong sense of Account ability and Decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture. • Experience working in a team of analysts with a common goal and will have a strong understanding of the cards business dynamics that will drive the analyses.
