Benefits Consultant - EDI

The Benefits Consultant - EDI will be responsible for onboarding clients by utilizing best practices in implementation, ensuring smooth transitions, and providing consultative support to maximize client satisfaction and productivity.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the transition of new clients from their existing human capital management software to the Paycor product suite; utilize effective client service and change management practices to ensure a smooth conversionAct as the primary client contact throughout the client implementation process; escalate needs, issues, concerns to the business partners and management as appropriateEstablish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust buildingEnsure clients' requirements and business objectives are defined clearly that they are well understood by the entire project teamProactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve implementation milestones and goalsWork in coordination with non-client facing Implementation team members to ensure accurate database configurationTest client data and Paycor system configuration to ensure proper functionality and quality; resolve data discrepancies as a result of testing and/or initial production activity within the softwareInvestigate, analyze and recommend solutions for clients ' issues; collaborate with Implementation leadership and Technical Support staff to eliminate recurring issuesMaintain accurate project status in Paycor project management software; provide real time updates as needed to project stakeholders; proactively identify and mitigate project risksConduct face-face telephone/web-based system review sessions with new usersWork closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are being met; provide technical expertise to support the Sales team when neededTransition clients to ongoing Client Services Support resources upon successful implementationOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree1 year of experience in a client-facing positionPrior implementation experienceProject management experienceBusiness to business sales experienceKnowledge of human capital softwareBenefitsMedical coverageVirtual wellness classesTuition reimbursement401(k) + employer matchAdoption assistanceFinancial assistancePaid time offCompany holidaysCulture daysComprehensive work-life balance programsOngoing learning opportunitiesPaid time off for volunteerismCompany OverviewPaycor is a provider of online payroll processing, human resource management services, and timekeeping software to help businesses.
