– First live shift monitored by QA with coaching
– Paid shifts typically begin within 3–5 days of completing training

During a Thursday 5 PM–10 PM shift, you assist one user in recovering their password, guide another through canceling a subscription, and help a third apply a discount code. All support is handled via chat—calm, fast, and fully remote.
