Join us as a Mentor for the United Leaders Global NextGen Women’s Leadership Fellowship, a fully funded, six-month global program that equips young women from around the world to lead with purpose, creativity, and courage.
About the NextGen Women’s Leadership Fellowship
The NextGen Women’s Leadership Fellowship, presented by United Leaders Global, is a virtual, fully funded six-month journey that empowers 100 outstanding women leaders (aged 18–35) from around the world through:
World-class leadership training
1:1 mentorship with global leaders
Hands-on social impact project design
A powerful peer network
A certificate of completion
Fellows come from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to making a positive impact through leadership and innovation.
Volunteer Mentor Role: Shape Future Leaders
As a Volunteer Mentor, you will be matched with one inspiring Fellow during October and November 2025.
Your pivotal role is to guide her through the design and planning of her social impact project, helping her to:
Apply principles of creative problem solving and design thinking.
Develop a clear, actionable, and comprehensive Project Charter.
Think critically, lead effectively, and innovate for sustainable change.
This project is a required component for the Fellow’s program certification and will reflect her unique leadership vision and commitment to social impact.
✅ Volunteer Mentor Qualifications: Who We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced professionals with a genuine passion for coaching and leadership development. Ideal mentors will possess:
Proven experience in coaching, design thinking, creative problem solving, or project management.
A strong background in business, social innovation, or community impact.
A deep commitment to empowering young women and supporting emerging global leaders.
Time Commitment & Support Provided
Total Commitment: Just 6 hours over 2 months (3 hours in October + 3 hours in November).
Scheduling: Flexible scheduling, coordinated directly between you and your assigned Fellow to accommodate busy schedules

Support: All mentors will receive comprehensive support, including:
A detailed Mentorship Guidebook, with best practices.
A template Project Charter for guiding your Fellow.
Access to a offline onboarding pathway and Office Hours sessions during September.
