About the Role

We are hiring a dynamic and relationship-driven Beauty Partnerships Coordinator to manage the development and execution of Celebrity Beauty Artists’ brand partnerships. This role works closely with the Beauty Partnership Manager and PR team to oversee artist activities, including partnership development, relationship management, product coordination, and networking.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects across cross-functional teams, including social media, digital marketing, and creative. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the beauty industry, influencer and talent marketing, and is passionate about building authentic, story-driven campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Foster and grow new and existing relationships with Beauty Brands.
• Identify, pitch, and secure the right brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities for Celebrity Artists.Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and clear expectations.
• Maintain strong Beauty Brand relations and ensure The Only Agency artists are considered for relevant opportunities and events.
• Collaborate with Celebrity Artists to plan and execute brand partnerships.
• Assist and advise artists in creating compelling, authentic content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Think from the perspective of a Celebrity Artist to ensure partnerships feel organic and impactful.
• Coordinate schedules and logistics necessary to execute partnerships effectively.
• Secure and send event invites to beauty artists, ensuring timely and accurate RSVPs.
• Facilitate product gifting on both inbound and outbound basis.
• Ensure all deadlines are met and campaign assets are delivered on time.
• Work in tandem with Beauty Agents, PR, and broader Beauty Partnerships team.
• Collaborate with social media, digital marketing, and creative teams to support campaign execution.
• Stay updated on beauty industry trends, celebrity artist practices, and competitive landscape.
• Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.

Qualifications and Skills
• 3+ years of experience in beauty, influencer, or partnership marketing with a proven track record of executing successful brand partnerships.
• Experience working with Celebrity Artists or talent.
• Existing relationships with Beauty Brands strongly preferred.
• Background at a beauty brand, talent agency, or PR agency focused on beauty is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for high-quality content.
• Adaptability to evolving trends, platforms, and industry regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Location: New York, NY (in-office 4 days a week, Manhattan)
Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 (depending on experience)
