Position Overview
We are seeking a Partnership Specialist to help establish partnerships with senior living communities. This role focuses on identifying potential communities, introducing LUXE Salon Spas services, and securing partnership agreements.
This position involves outreach to senior community administrators and decision makers through phone, email, and online communication.
Responsibilities
• Research and identify senior living communities and assisted living facilities
• Contact potential partners through phone calls, email, and professional messaging
• Introduce LUXE Salon Spas services and explain partnership benefits
• Schedule virtual meetings or presentations with decision makers
• Maintain organized records of outreach and communications
• Collaborate with company leadership to finalize partnership agreements
Qualifications
• Previous sales or business development experience preferred
• Comfortable with phone outreach and professional communication
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to work independently
• Professional communication style when representing the company
• Experience working with service businesses, healthcare, or senior communities is helpful but not required
Compensation
This role is commission-based and paid per signed partnership agreement.
Commission structure:
• $250 for communities generating approximately $500–$1,000 in weekly salon revenue
• $350 for communities generating approximately $1,001–$2,000 in weekly salon revenue
• $500 for communities generating approximately $2,001–$5,000 in weekly salon revenue
Volume bonuses may apply for multiple partnership agreements secured within the same month.
Schedule
Flexible part-time or full-time hours.

Pay: $52,620.80 - $63,371.29 per year
