We are looking for a passionate Operations Associate to join our Community Impact team and make a difference. As a CI Operations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role for Jewish teens. Alongside your teammates, you’ll connect in a dynamic environment and create a positive impact on teens, our community, and the world. SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR TEENS AND YOURSELF As a CI Operations Associate, a typical day will include: • Provide high quality and responsive customer service to staff, teen, and parent users of the myBBYO CRM in Salesforce and front-end website support. Timely answer to FAQs such as password reset, event creation and registration, scholarship application, and logging in. • Provide reports that help field professionals manage data and deliver results. • Coordinate logistics for CI Leadership meetings. • Complete key administrative tasks required to operate consistently across the department. • Support annual planning design and process, including Community Hub templates, timeline, and distribution. • Manage regional financial activities in Salesforce including collection of unpaid balances, auditing for 3% transaction charge, ACH refunds, and reconciliation of event registration status. • Partner with CI leaders to streamline operations and ensure consistency of processes across verticals. • Identify resource gaps and partner with leadership in developing and communicating solutions. • Manage the Microsoft SharePoint pages for the Community Impact team. • Support our volunteer advisor operations as needed. May include ordering gifts and Awards, coordinating recruitment efforts, tracking metrics, building community via chat and newsletters, creating slide decks and managing schedules. ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR MAKING A LASTING IMPACT Our team has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation to drive positive change.
