Mission: We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer with solid knowledge of programming logic, databases, and error handling to join as a nighttime technical support team (Monday to Friday, 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.). They will be responsible for monitoring systems, addressing basic incidents, escalating issues, and following up on operational tickets in a timely and organized manner. Responsibilities Monitoring backend services and APIs during nighttime hours. Identifying, documenting, and escalating errors or technical incidents. Executing scripts or performing data validations under defined protocols. Supporting the development team with corrective or preventive maintenance tasks. Recording findings and participating in technical feedback meetings (asynchronous). Requirements Knowledge of Node.js, Python, or another modern backend language. Basic database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB). Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Git, and collaborative development environments. Good log reading skills, basic debugging, and error analysis. Ability to clearly document and communicate issues. Real-time availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. (evening hours). Desirable Previous experience in technical support or system monitoring roles. Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), HTTP error handling, or log structures. Proactive ability to identify patterns or repetitive issues and suggest improvements. Basic knowledge of automation or scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)." Desired Skills Good technical communication skills with multidisciplinary teams. Critical thinking and attention to detail.
