Backend Developer (Java / Spring Boot)

What You’ll Do • Build and maintain scalable backend microservices using Java & Spring Boot. • Design, develop, and optimize REST APIs and core backend logic. • Work with AWS services to deliver secure, high-performance applications. • Collaborate with cross functional teams for seamless delivery. • Work closely with the AI team to integrate the services within the platform • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews. • Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and scalability. Skills & Experience Required • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java & Spring Boot. • Strong knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture. • Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, etc.). • Proficient with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps workflows. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have • Experience with Docker containerized deployments. • Familiarity with messaging systems (AWS SQS). • Performance tuning and backend optimization experience. • Exposure to AI/ML-based platforms or test automation tools.
