Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Mechanical - Traveling to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager - Mechanical - Traveling, you will be an integral part of the project management team supporting HVAC construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Mechanical - Traveling Location: Galant, TN Pay Range:$125,000 - $145,000 What's the Job? • Provide comprehensive project management support throughout all phases of HVAC construction projects. • Ensure project standards, budgets, deadlines, and communication protocols are maintained effectively. • Manage safety compliance and foster a culture of safety on all project sites. • Oversee document control, scope of work, and basic schedule management. • Coordinate procurement, estimation, financial management, and develop strong client relationships. What's Needed? • Minimum of 8 years of construction project management experience. • Extensive understanding of mechanical systems, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. • Ability to read and interpret construction documents effectively. • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles related to HVAC and construction. • Strong business administration skills, including operations, financials, customer relations, and project sales strategies.
