RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an Axway Consultant in Birmingham, AL.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Application Support Analyst IV to join our team supporting a major initiative with one of our financial services partners. This role will focus on configuring, supporting, and optimizing secure file transfer solutions using Axway MFT products, including Secure Transport and Transfer CFT.The project centers on setting up a large number of secure file transfers and ensuring stability, compliance, and performance across enterprise systems. This is a remote, long-term contract role with high visibility and impact.Key Responsibilities:* Configure, implement, and support secure file transfers using Axway Secure Transport and Axway Transfer CFT* Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and build scalable file transfer solutions* Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with file transfer workflows* Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements* Provide advanced application support for Axway MFT platforms, including incident response and root cause analysis* Create and maintain technical documentation, including setup guides, workflows, and standard operating procedures* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutionsREQUIREMENTS:* Strong, hands-on experience with Axway MFT products (Secure Transport and Transfer CFT required)* Proven ability to configure, implement, and support enterprise file transfer workflows* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve complex integration issues* Excellent communication and documentation skills* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision* Background in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries preferredThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
