AWS Cloud Migration Engineer - Direct-Hire/FTE - Remote (US-CT/ET) Title: AWS Cloud Migration Engineer Location: Remote (US-CT/ET Compensation: $140-160K Annual Salary Work Requirements: , Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Summary: This is a hands on the keyboard role and resources must have experience moving on-prem and cloud to cloud infrastructure, applications, and data in AWS. This role requires deep expertise in AWS services, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), DevOps principles, and cloud architecture Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing, with at least 6+ years focused specifically on large-scale AWS infrastructure migration projects. • Proven, hands-on experience migrating diverse workloads (servers, databases, applications) from on-premises and cloud to cloud, to AWS. • Deep expertise in a wide range of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and Lambda. • Mastery of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. • Strong scripting and automation skills • Experience with containerization technologies • In-depth knowledge of networking concepts in AWS (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN). • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.
