Join our TEAM - Together Everyone Achieves More Job Title: AVP & Treasury Analyst II Department: Treasury We are looking for AVP & Treasury Analyst II to join our Treasury team at Open Bank. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for both treasury operations and data analytics, supporting liquidity and cash flow activities, preparing treasury reports, and using data-driven analysis to support strategic decisions and enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Support daily liquidity management, cash positioning, and reporting. • Prepare month-end and quarter-end reporting packages for Management, Committees, and Board meeting. Board, Committees, and management. • Assist in funding and investment activities. • Conduct treasury and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. • Support the implementation and automation of manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Analyze and forecast cash flow to support strategic decision-making. Requirements/Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics or related field or equivalent work experience preferred. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Treasury, or Data Analytics required. • Prior related experience in banking preferred but not required. • Ability to retain broad knowledge of lending tasks. • Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the banking functions. • Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of lending operations and client needs. • Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental, and external representatives. • Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations. • Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone. • Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, core banking process systems, e-mail and on-line banking programs. • Familiarity with UBPR, Call Reports, and S&P Capital IQ preferred but not required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (verbal and written).
