Qualifications
ā¢ 5+ years of proven business development and C suite client engagement and management.
ā¢ Ideal candidate is coin operated and driven by a commission plan
ā¢ Experience in healthcare (in healthcare provider accounts and growing business from Million to Millions)
ā¢ Has relationship in the provider and health tech area
ā¢ Healthcare consulting background
ā¢ Proven selling experience around Digital, Data, Automation led IT transformation
ā¢ High energy, hungry, passion to grow and build business
ā¢ Strong vision for digital transformation in Healthcare.
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ā¢ Experience directing project work to others, handling conflict and building teams.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to function autonomously with limited to no guidance.
ā¢ Ability to organize time and projects efficiently, and meet deadlines.
ā¢ Excellent analytical, critical thinking, strategic and organizational skills.
ā¢ Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
ā¢ Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of an organization.
Education
ā¢ Bachelors degree and MBA (not required but nice to have)
