Our client, a national consulting firm, is seeking an AVP, Digital Marketing Strategy to oversee digital growth strategy across channels and platforms. About the Job: • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (email, paid search/social, SEO, website optimization). • Oversee digital channel planning and mentor a small team. • Lead HubSpot strategy for automation, email marketing, and campaign management. • Optimize website for user experience. • Analyze performance data, deliver insights, and recommend optimizations. About You: • 7-8+ years in digital marketing/growth strategy required. • A bachelors degree is required. • Advanced HubSpot experience; familiarity with CMS (WordPress), GA4, PowerBI. • Experience in B2B, professional services, or nonprofit sectors preferred.
