Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AVA Implementations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to the success of our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding and implementation process. The ideal candidate is client-focused, technically capable, and thrives in a project-driven environment. You will work directly with clients to configure, deploy, and optimize the AVA platform to meet their business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact during AVA platform implementations, providing excellent client service and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Lead and manage client onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration and workflows
• Assist in the creation of flowcharts, process maps, and implementation plans to guide deployment
• Build and customize reports using AVA’s internal tools; experience with SQL and reporting platforms is a strong plus
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Implementations, Operations, and Account Management, to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and client configurations
• Provide training and support to clients on system usage and best practices
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Experience with the AVA platform or similar healthcare/home health SaaS products
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts
• Report building or dashboard creation experience
• Account management or customer success experience
• Background in healthcare, home health, or the medical services industry is a plus
