Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in a call center or related setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
