Why this role matters You will be at the core of large‑scale SAP transformations in the automotive industry - supporting the transition to SAP S/4HANA, enabling next‑generation finance and sales processes, and ensuring our clients can operate efficiently across global markets. Your work will directly influence how OEMs run key business processes by ensuring functional excellence in SAP SD or SAP FICO. Impact areas we are driving • We partner with leading automotive clients to execute complex transformations across their core business processes, with a strong focus on SAP: • SAP S/4HANA Transformations (primary focus) Functional support for SAP SD or SAP FICO Fit‑to‑standard analysis and gap identification Design and validation of S/4 templates Process harmonization and global rollout support • Enterprise & customer experience transformations • Supporting process improvements that integrate with SAP (sales, aftersales, finance) • Retailer & network excellence • Enabling dealer and importer processes through aligned SAP templates • Next‑gen sales models • Supporting agency/direct sales models through SAP SD process design • Data‑driven enterprise • We apply proven implementation methodologies, agile delivery and modern technologies to deliver measurable outcomes in SAP programs. Ensuring data quality and readiness for analytics and reporting in S/4 THE WORK: • Perform functional consulting in SAP SD or SAP FICO • Design, customize, test and validate S/4HANA processes within your module. • Set up, localize or refine global SAP S/4 templates • Ensure they meet business process requirements of OEMs, importers or NSCs. • Conduct Fit/Gap analysis with business and IT stakeholders • Document deviations from SAP standard and define functional specifications. • Support end‑to‑end SAP transformation programs • Work with cross‑functional Accenture teams (Technology, Applied Intelligence etc.) to deliver integrated solutions. #LI-EU Must‑have • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Excellent English (written & spoken) • Proficient German (written & spoken) or Italian or French is appreciated. • 2–3 years of experience in: • Automotive industry (OEM / Importer / Supplier / Leasing / Mobility) • Functional SAP SD or SAP FICO work as consultant, analyst or key user • Experience with SAP processes such as: • SD: Order‑to‑cash, pricing, billing, dealer/importer processes • FICO: P2P, cost controlling, GL, AP/AR, asset accounting, finance closing • Experience in SAP transformation projects • S/4HANA exposure (brownfield/greenfield) • Working in cross‑country delivery setups Your winning qualities • Curious and proactive - you enjoy learning and improving processes • Digitally savvy - comfortable with systems, data and new technologies • Team player - collaborates across functions and cultures • Strong communicator - clear in stakeholder interactions and documentation • Resilient - able to deliver under pressure in transformation programs • Strong plus WHAT WE OFFER? • Employment contract. • Individual support of a People Lead and a specific path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach. • A wide training package (soft, technical, and language training offer, access to the e-learning platforms, Gallup test, GenAI training, possibility of co-financing courses, and certification). • Employee Assistance Program - legal, financial, and psychological consultations. • Accenture employees eligible for the Employee share purchase plan automatically become eligible for quarterly dividends if they own company shares. • Paid employee referral program. • Private medical care, life insurance. • Access to the WorkSmile benefits platform (possibility of using a wide range of products and services, including the Multisport card). • Offices located in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk as well as home office/work from home possibility.
