Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be a digital-savvy marketer with a passion for the automotive industry, a knack for storytelling, and a proven track record in online advertising and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and automotive-specific websites.
· Create compelling content and engaging vehicle listings that attract potential buyers and showcase our inventory.
· Optimize our dealership’s website for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of online marketing efforts, using Google Analytics and other tools to measure ROI.
· Manage our dealership’s social media presence, including regular posting, community engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.
· Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is presented online.
· Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality vehicle photos and walk-through videos.
· Design and distribute targeted email marketing campaigns to current and prospective customers.
· Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the automotive industry.
· Assist with online reputation management by monitoring reviews and responding to feedback on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Dealer Rater.
· Contribute creative ideas for promotions, events, and digital advertising that drive traffic and generate leads.
· Utilize dealership CRM systems to track online leads and support the sales process.
Desired Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within the automotive industry or a dealership environment.
· Demonstrated knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
· Familiarity with online vehicle listing platforms such as Autotrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, and dealer websites.
· Proficiency with graphic design tools (such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) and basic video editing software.
· Experience using Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and an eye for compelling storytelling.
· Ability to analyze data and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team setting.
· Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry is a plus!
