Position: Automation Specialist - Intelligent Automation & AI (Remote) Role Overview Drive enterprise-wide automation transformation by designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions that deliver measurable business value. Lead journeys from process discovery to production deployment, combining RPA, AI, and integration technologies to transform how we operate. Key Responsibilities Automation Strategy & Delivery • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across the organization. • Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions from concept to production. • Build hyper-automation solutions combining RPA, AI, and intelligent document processing. • Ensure scalability, reliability, and ROI of all automation initiatives. AI & Innovation • Deploy AI/ML solutions for knowledge work augmentation. • Implement intelligent document processing for structured and unstructured data. • Ensure proper governance, security, and compliance for AI implementations. • Evaluate and pilot emerging automation technologies. Integration & Operations • Design seamless integrations between automated processes and enterprise systems. • Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization. • Create reusable frameworks and components for rapid deployment. • Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships. Leadership & Enablement • Discuss and define automation standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. • Drive change management and stakeholder adoption. • Enable and support leadership to drive the department’s workload. • Measure and communicate automation value and benefits. Required Qualifications Experience • 3+ years in enterprise automation, RPA, or AI/ML implementations • Over 2 years of experience in designing and developing practical solutions using Agentic and Multi-Agent AI frameworks. • Proven track record of delivering production automation at scale • Experience establishing automation programs or Co Es • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business value (cost savings, efficiency gains) Skills & Competencies • Strong technical background with hands‑on implementation capability • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Strategic thinking balanced with practical execution • Change leadership and organizational influence Education • Bachelor’s degree in computer science. • Relevant automation, cloud, or architecture certifications preferred.
