About the role We are looking for a Paralegal / Legal Operations Specialist to join our exciting team at ElevenLabs! • Improve legal operations by identifying, implementing, and managing new solutions, processes and procedures to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and productivity of the Legal team, including identifying software tools that may help automate manual processes. • Build and manage a central playbook database including building a system for periodically reviewing and updating the database. • Build and manage legal intake processes and support responses to internal business teams and external partners. • Optimize and manage contract workflows and lifecycle including implementing new software tools • Support the attorneys and the Legal team as needed on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation projects. • Review and negotiate NDAs. • Other duties as assigned. What you bring • Located in the U.S., UK, or EU. • Have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal or in legal operations. • Strong experience setting up and scaling contract management software like Salesforce. • Strong understanding of the commercial contracting process. • Experience with the litigation processes.
