Automation Anywhere
• Must have minimum 2 years of hands on experience on Automation Anywhere with programming languages like Net VB Script C and SQL with overall experience of a minimum of 7 -10 years
• Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility
• Analyzing understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required
• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams AS IS and TO BE
• Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
• Design solutions in Automation Anywhere in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions
• Create and maintain technical solution documentation for the given user requirement
• Hands on development experience in Automation Anywhere tool
• Knowledge on external API integration with Automation Anywhere
• Solve issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
• Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams as well as on your own
• Supporting the Operational teams during the UAT and rollout phases
• Drive Agile ways of working in RPA implementation
• Ability to resolve issues through strong problem solving skills root cause analysis engaging people from multiple business and IT teams where necessary
