The ASSURE Inventory Service Associate conducts patient field retrieval activities and manages inventory while providing essential services to patients and healthcare facilities.ResponsibilitiesContact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return servicesConduct inventory management services which will include cycle countsMove inventory around in the Texas area to get the needed inventory to the sites for the fittings at hospitals, patient homes and clinics as necessaryAccept assignments as necessary, which could include daytime, evening, and weekend hoursTravel to patient homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to provide retrieval services which may or may not include travel to high-risk areasAssist patients in packing up the AssureĀ® system and all componentsReview and transmit essential paperwork with the patient to retrieve the AssureĀ® garment and WCD systemManage the return of inventory, including the AssureĀ® system kits, garments, and electronic equipment including the drop off of the AssureĀ® system at a local FedEx or approved Walgreens drop off locationCoordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra preferred shipping partner(s)Adhere to Pledge of ConfidentialitySkillsHighschool diploma or equivalentCompletion of a comprehensive background check following offer of AgreementValid driver's license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving recordReliable transportationAbility to provide proof of motor vehicle insuranceKnowledge of MS Office, MS TeamsDME Retrieval ExperienceInventory Management experienceCompany OverviewKestra Medical Technologies offers wearable medical devices which collects, store, and communicate patients vital performance data.
