Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of web and cloud applications. Your primary responsibilities will include: Create and maintain standard agreement formats in collaboration with the Delta Regulation Office Support time-sensitive transactions for agreements being considered and ensure timely agreement advancement to achieve project goals Foster agreements with external clients, including airlines, rental companies, and vendors Ensure endorsement and proper execution of all official reports Identify opportunities to improve business cycles and implement change Create and maintain electronic databases, including management of agreements, closing schedules, Peak Merchant Management, and other regulatory functionality within Salesforce or Delta Airlines-approved systems Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Four-year degree in a relevant field or significant equivalent experience At least 3-4 years of agreements-related experience, preferably in the aviation industry Proven track record of working collaboratively and building relationships across diverse and high-performing teams Demonstrated commitment to data protection and handling sensitive information Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce Preferred Qualifications While the essential qualifications are a must, we also welcome candidates with the following preferred qualifications: Juris doctorate or equivalent experience Proven ability to work under pressure and lead multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in cloud-based development tools and technologies Why Join Our Team?
