Accountable for the delivery and support of solutions and services that are technically and functionally solid, well integrated, comply with technical strategy, and meet or exceed Customer requirements.

Ā Assist with developing and executing strategies and processes to improve performance and the value of products and services provided

Ā Participate in organizational processes and initiatives, i.e. performance management, interviewing, budgeting, training, etc.
Ā Provide Technical thought Leadership related to assigned functional area
Ā Deliver technology solutions using best practices to achieve maximum Team productivity while delivering high quality products
Ā Stay abreast of emerging trends, processes, and solutions related to assigned responsibilities
Ā Build strong, collaborative relationships and credibility while influencing and driving change across respective Business and Technology Teams
Ā Work alongside Technology and business partners to measure financial benefits and demonstrable business value

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ā Broad knowledge of business/Leadership principles, including planning, organizing, developing, and supervising
Ā Knowledge of technology practices, concepts, methodologies, tools and trends
Ā Skilled in partnering and communication in order to facilitate interactions with business Customers and technology teams
Ā Ability to use appropriate motivation and influence techniques to achieve desired Team results
Ā Ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations
Ā Ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget
Ā Skilled in organization, communication, and prioritization and ability to work in matrixed environment that includes Employees, Vendors, and Managed Services
Ā Broad Knowledge of business and the ability to provide tactical leadership to coach and develop the team to improve knowledge of business applications and impact on business functions
Education
Ā Required: High School Diploma or GED
Ā Required: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent formal training
Experience
Ā Fully functioning, broad knowledge in:
Ā A Business and/or Information Technology environment
Ā Direct or indirect Leadership experience
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ā Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ā Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ā Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Ā Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Ā Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

Pay & Benefits:
Ā Competitive market salary from $128,350 - $142,600* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
