About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated On-Call and Weekend Supervisor to work from home and support our North Denver office every other weekend. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make additional income while working remotely and enhancing the lives of aging adults and our Professional Caregivers. As a On-Call Supervisor, you'll be responsible for answering and servicing after-hour phone calls, scheduling employee shifts, and working with clients and caregivers to fill open shifts. Key Responsibilities Answer and service after-hour phone calls, including Caregiver/client scheduling changes, client plan of care matters, and new client service inquiries Schedule employee shifts every other weekend, working from home Work with clients and caregivers to fill open shifts that become available after hours Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients and caregivers receive the support they need Collaborate with other members of the office staff to ensure seamless operations Maintain accurate and detailed records, including notes and documentation Work periodic weekday after-hours shifts (5 pm until the next morning at 8 am) Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate Windows and learn new programs quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively A patient and supportive personality, with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure A strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role Familiarity with senior care services and the challenges faced by aging adults Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box What We Offer As a On-Call and Weekend Supervisor with Home Instead, you'll enjoy: A competitive compensation package, including $140 for each weekend day and night (totaling $340 for a weekend shift) One and a half rate for designated holidays The flexibility to work from home, with the ability to balance your work and personal life A cell phone and laptop provided by the company, or the option to use your own computer and/or phone with expense reimbursement Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training at our North Denver office Our Culture and Work Environment At Home Instead, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and teamwork.
