JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Associate, Underwriting, Real Estate Finance, assists with underwriting to help achieve real estate origination goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited institution required
Minimum of 4+ years of commercial real estate financial modeling experience
Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects in parallel while still meeting deadlines
An ability to synthesize information from various sources and comprehend multiple, distinct points of views
Demonstrated experience in financial modeling for sophisticated commercial real estate deals
Strong oral and written communications skills
Highly motivated business professional, able to thrive in small team environment
Extensive and strong knowledge of Excel, to include financial modeling and CoStar
Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
