Associate Project & Budget Analyst

At PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Project & Budget Analyst who is committed to making a difference. With an eye for detail and an aptitude for problem-solving, the Associate Project & Budget Analyst will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, accounting, or economics, as well as a strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting. They should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models for projects and budgets.
Analyze project performance and provide periodic financial updates to management.
Manage budget allocations and track expenses against budget.
Identify and investigate variances in project performance and take corrective action when necessary.
Perform financial and cost analysis to support decision-making.
Create financial forecasting and reporting tools.
Provide recommendations on cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
Participate in the development of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project budgeting process.
