Analyst I, Product Management
Shure is a leading global manufacturer of audio equipment, and they are seeking a Product Management Analyst to join their Global Product Management and Marketing teams. In this role, you will transform product data into actionable insights, support data governance, and collaborate across teams to optimize product performance and processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport Data Governance and Quality: Assist product data stewards and governance teams with defining standards, maintaining quality rules, monitoring KPIs, addressing issues, and communicating processes and requirements to stakeholdersSupport Product Data Validation and Cleansing: Assist with data migration preparation, remediation, testing, and verifying transfers into SAP S4/HANAEnable Tools & Systems: Provide support and training for new analytics systems and tools within the GPM organizationCollaborate with IT and product teams to configure or enhance systems and facilitate communication between functional areas for Shure’s product data domain processesSupport Process Design Optimization: Review Product Lifecycle and Data processes to identify and implement improvements, including new corporate initiativesBuild and manage cross-functional workflows to platform automated data entry, updates, and synchronization across systemsCollect, analyze, and interpret product performance data across various lifecycle stagesPopulate input documents for New Product Introduction and Discontinue Product Notices and understand related workflows and deliverablesWrite detailed functional requirements for Life Cycle Management/Maintenance of Line teams, ensuring clarity on success measuresRepresent Global Marketing and Sales in LCM/MOL projects as the "voice of the customer," ensuring positive end-user value propositionsPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical field0-2 years of experience in product analysis, lifecycle management, data analysis, data governance, or related rolesProficiency in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau-driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architectureSelf-motivated and delivers results working independentlyStrong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to review, interpret and present data conciselyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAble to comprehend and execute business prioritiesAbility to conduct cost/benefit analysisAble to participate in cross-functional teamsApplicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisExperience working using Agile methodologyFamiliarity with JIRA and JQLHigh Proficiency in Excel and other analytical/reporting toolsExperience using SAP S4/HANA, Material Master DataAudio backgroundBenefitsComprehensive healthcareMental health and retirement savings plansGenerous paid time off programsEmployee discountsProfessional development opportunitiesWork-life balance initiativesEmployee recognition programsVolunteering/community involvement opportunitiesCompany OverviewShure is a consumer electronics company that manufactures electronic audio products such as mics and headphones.
