About the Role:
Manage a team of highly technical associates providing support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and other products
Oversee customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions that meet our high standards of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to improve knowledge management, customer-centric support, and issue resolution
Collaborate with global teams to prioritize customer requests, share best practices, and drive process improvements
Provide leadership in problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and apply creative solutions to complex problems
Commercial Linux experience, knowledge of support systems and tools, and appreciation for open-source software (desired)
