[Remote] Wealth Manager – Family Office – CAIA – Chief Investment Officer – Alternative Investment Capital Raiser

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Filmdemand Inc is seeking a Wealth Manager with expertise in capital raising and strong relationships with high net worth investors. The role involves presenting investment opportunities in the media and entertainment industry and leveraging connections to secure funding from family offices and ultra high net worth individuals. Responsibilities • Present to investors a $25 million SAFE round venture, with a follow on $125 Mil Series A (with a 14x exit potential) in a global $3 trillion media/entertainment industry for a new disruptor to studios, streamers, indies (A24, Neon, Angel, etc) • Make introductions to high net worth investors who are open to new ventures and uncorrelated alternative investments as a proven portfolio hedge • Explain to investors how U.S., Canadian, and foreign tax credits and rebates offset equity risk • Be able to close $1-$5 million+ per investor Skills • Lead or Co Investor, CAIA, Limited Partner, Family Office CIO, Fund Manager, Wealth Advisor for UHNWI • Previous PROVABLE capital raising experience as a founder, cofounder, CFO, hedge fund manager, private equity managing partner, 3rd party marketer, private placement broker dealer, or wealth advisor • Love of Great Films including ' The Departed', 'Once Upon A Time In America', 'Goodfellas', 'Godfather' • Understanding of $3 Trillion Global Media & Entertainment Industry and how AI is fueling a limitless revenue • Understanding why David Ellison's acquisition of Paramount is an organic pathway to our content • Passion to eventually be in film/tv production full time and be involved in other film/tv productions that would shoot all over the world • High level access and warm lead relationships with HNW investors and family offices • A level sales and closing skills of investment subscriptions • Open to a success fee, back end equity, and producer credits. Eventual transition to full time key executive role based on success of initial capital raises • Please be the anti flake and no carrot danglers.
