Associate Manager, Enterprise FP&A (Remote)

What you will do

As the Associate Manager, Enterprise FP&A you will be a key member of the Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing accurate, timely insights to Stryker’s executive leadership, including the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors. You will manage the global bonus program, designing, consolidating, and calculating Global Stryker level bonus plans. With high visibility and daily interaction across Stryker’s global finance community, you’ll ensure the integrity of financial data, continuously refining validation and verification processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Preparation and delivery of recurring management reporting packages
• Lead the Global Incentive / Bonus process, providing analysis and consolidating results to define and calculate global bonus plans; support journal entries and associated audit support
• Support key Global forecast processes including Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP), Budgets, Projections, R&O etc.
• Coordinate and communicate with Stryker global finance network to facilitate consolidated reporting requirements
• Support the weekly risk and opportunity processes and support other key financial processes through financial modeling & analysis, template & process development, ensuring organizational coordination, and development of presentation materials
• Assist with the development of reporting packages (e.g. Projections, Budget, LRFP), storyboards, and other ad-hoc reporting
• Drive continuous improvement with respect to existing processes and deliverables
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What you need

Required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
• 6+ years of finance or related experience

Preferred
• CPA, CMA and MBA
• Experience with Hyperion

$87,600 - $186,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
