Company:MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join as Associate II - Advisoryat Marsh. This role will be based in Seoul. We will count on you to:Acts as lead advisory colleague with an focus on legal & contractual risks for Energy, Power & Construction Clients and projects.Develops an understanding of the clients business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs and provides advice accordingly to successfully serve clients including with the design, negotiation and execution of project contacts.Utilizes legal expertise and knowledge of industry to review clients exposures and loss experience and develop solutions for standard client needs.Support clients to coordinate interactions with the lenders insurance advisor (i.e. review and comment on Due Diligence reports)Support clients with project lenders, i.e. negotiation and execution of finance documents (such as CTA, insurance schedule, letters of undertaking or assignments)Support the clients and Marsh claims handling team with legal advice in insurance claimsServe as a Power/Renewable Industry thought leader within the organization and comply with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.Assist and handle offensive and defensive broker tenders from the region.Interface closely with client executives and in-country teams to support client and account retention and facilitate in development of new business.Advise and appraise management about client issues or trends through clear communication and participate in development of solutions thereof.Train and educate other team members in specific areas as and when necessaryLink/align activities between the construction, renewables team and the operational power teamAttend events and conferences to represent Marsh.Technologies: all various kinds of power/renewable energy technologies, i.e. gas turbine, offshore wind, onshore wind, solar in all different forms, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and any other technologies of the future.Why join our team:We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
