Associate, Digital Banking
In this role you will support customers' everyday banking needs through customer outreach and advise on products that meet their financial objectives. This includes fulfilling sales activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures and identifying and making referrals to other business groups as needed.
Proactively reach out to clients, managing 65+ outbound calls daily by providing services and promoting BMO products that meet their everyday banking needs.
Probes to understand customer needs and advises them through their unique banking needs.
Fulfills sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures.
Have meaningful conversations with customers to understand their needs and offer the right products/services.
Stays abreast of consumer needs, industry trends and best practices, and the regulatory environment as it relates to the products and services provided.
Provides professional quality sales and service for customer and prospect issues and requests.
Performs any required documentation after completed customer interactions to ensure customers requests are accurately processed.
Integrates marketing promotions and programs into customer conversations where appropriate.
Maintains the confidentiality of customer and Bank information
Identifies and reports suspicious patterns of activity that are suspected to be related to money laundering.
Adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing reporting requirements, consumer provision requirements and Privacy Act provisions.
Completes complex & diverse tasks within given rules/limits and may include handling escalations from other employees.
Analyzes issues and determines next steps.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Typically between 2 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of personal banking products.
Knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
Knowledge of contact centre operational processes and policies.
Knowledge of call centre technology, processes and metrics.
If a Credit Qualifiable job, Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards.
Specialized knowledge.
Verbal & written communication skills - Good.

Location: 100% Remote
Work Schedule (All hours are in Central Time Zone): 10 am - 7 pm CST or 11 am - 8 pm CST; Every 3rd Saturday Rotation
Training Schedule: Must be able to attend up to 5 weeks of training, M-F 8 am to 5 pm CST
