Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues
Document interactions and correspondence with members or providers clearly and concisely
Navigate multiple systems and internal resources to address inquiries efficiently
Maintain knowledge of insurance terms and company offerings while working under direct supervision
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields
1 year of experience in an office-based setting or contact center environment is highly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technology-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
A private workspace and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired connection

Experience in a contact center environment
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
