Associate Content Designer | Home Client Services
Red Ventures is seeking an Associate Content Designer to join their Home Client Services team. The role involves crafting user-centric content that optimizes the purchase journey for clients' brands and collaborating with a creative team to enhance user experiences through data-driven insights. Responsibilities Write content and microcopy for landing pages, recommendation tools, product buy-flows, and more Develop copy about products, unique offers and for paid media ads Use your knowledge of product design and UX to inform content strategy Use data, research findings and performance metrics to optimize existing site experiences Develop your user research capabilities to help facilitate user testing that informs our customer experiences Identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance content strategy and propose solutions Think systematically to enhance our content strategy, content libraries and workflows for ease of use and efficiency Develop subject-matter expertise, understand user problems, business goals, how competitors solve them, and where gaps exist Effectively balance user needs and business goals Assist and support teammates through collaboration, critique, and feedback Be autonomous, crave accountability, and take responsibility for every detail every step of the way Explore and utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance creative ideation Skills 1+ years of writing experience Writing samples or a portfolio of work A firm grip on UX and digital content principles Experience using data to iterate on existing digital experiences You're a strong communicator and collaborator who's inspired to deliver great work and bring a strategy to life A team-oriented, coachable and highly motivated personality The ability to self-edit work, manage priorities and confidently present work to internal stakeholders You are always looking to grow your abilities through feedback and collaboration You enjoy staying flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment with multiple projects to juggle A sense of humor and eagerness to participate in a fun, collaborative culture You love what you do, try to have fun every day, and have a great sense of humor Benefits Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision) Life Insurance Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Holiday Pay 401(k) with match Employee Assistance Program Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential.
