Associate BI Developer - Pharma Media

What you’ll do: As an Associate BI Developer at Spring & Bond, you’ll play a foundational role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that power marketing strategy and business growth. Working closely with our Data Engineering and Media teams, you’ll build queries and reports that deliver value to some of the world’s most innovative pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to leverage their SQL ability within a high-performing and mission-driven team. Your Responsibilities: • Develop SQL queries within a Snowflake Data Warehouse to create standard reporting views and tables that can be connected into ongoing reporting projects • Analyze and design datasets leveraging in-house data and integrating adjacent datasets and capabilities where needed. • Collaborate with data engineers, BI analysts, and strategists to ensure data pipelines meet business and reporting needs. • Assist in QA and validation of report data to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Organize and document logic for data ingestion and integration into reporting views. • Perform exploratory data analysis to support ad hoc business questions. • Work on structured projects with support from senior analysts and directors, building your technical and domain knowledge along the way. • Support data-driven storytelling for both internal and client presentations. Your Qualifications: • Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field • 1+ years of analytics experience • Expert in in data manipulation using SQL • Comfortable working with version-control such as Git • Familiarity with using command line when necessary • Ability to manipulate data in Python or R is a plus. • Strong project-management skills managing cross-functional workflows.
