Our work spans founder stories, commercials, launch videos, and motion-driven campaigns.We’re looking for an Agency Producer to partner closely with our in-house production team and clients — managing projects from brief to delivery. You’ll be the connective tissue between creative, production, and client teams, ensuring clarity, quality, and on-time execution.This role combines client service, creative problem-solving, and production oversight.What You’ll DoProject & Production OversightManage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff to final deliveryBuild and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all stakeholdersAnticipate risks or scope changes early and align the team accordinglyKeep Asana boards, production schedules, and deliverables currentClient & Partner CollaborationServe as a key client contact throughout projectsEnsure client expectations are clear, realistic, and consistently metPartner with leadership to translate creative direction into actionable production plansInternal CoordinationWork directly with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow and prioritiesFacilitate smooth handoffs between sales, creative, and productionCommunicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly to the broader teamWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in production, agency, or creative project managementProven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverablesExcellent communication and organizational skillsCalm, proactive approach under pressureStrong attention to detail and accountability to deadlinesFamiliarity with Asana, Airtable, or similar project toolsBonus PointsFamiliarity with video production workflowsBackground in creative agencies, studios, or startupsExperience with tools like Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platformsWhy Join UsBe part of a small, fast-growing creative studio trusted by world-class startups and investorsCollaborate with tech founders to help launch innovative products, brands, and stories into the worldWork directly with the partners and production leadership, gaining exposure to both creative and business operationsRemote-friendly, flexible, and entrepreneurial environmentHealthcare coverage, PTO, and company holidays$70,000-$90,000
