Associate Account Manager, Non-Acute

The Associate Account Manager, Non-Acute will be responsible for selling HealthStream product bundles to existing accounts in Non-Acute markets and for expanding annual recurring revenue through upselling and cross-selling.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned trainingAttain New Order Value (NOV) targetsAttain annual revenue targets (ARR) as set by the sales organizationExecute on the retention and growth of assigned existing accountsCreate and execute on a territory sales plan to close expansion opportunitiesProspecting to generate new opportunities within assigned accountsDevelop, maintain, and expand executive-level relationshipsMaintain a pipeline of qualified, active opportunities and manage them to closureOrchestrate internal and external resources throughout the customer lifecyclePosition HealthStream Non-Acute solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, and ROI analysisProvide accurate monthly and quarterly forecastingMaintain a deep understanding of the defined Non-Acute market trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position HealthStream and its offeringsEstablish a professional brand internally and externally by demonstrating with proficiency, all sales team competency statementsSkills1+ years sales experience with a documented track record sales in highly competitive environments, selling to Non-Acute marketsMinimum one year of healthcare technology experience, selling to C-suite and VP-level contactsMinimum one year of Account Management experience, retaining and growing existing accountsAbility to work in a team selling environmentExcellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)High level of integrity and professionalism, properly setting expectations both internally and externallyComfortable in working independently in an empowering, fast paced, results oriented cultureSolid computer skills – Office SuiteFamiliarity with CRM tools such as SalesforceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsAbility to present and demonstrate complex solutions in a way that is compelling & easy to understandExperience selling into Physician Offices, FQHC's, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Behavioral HealthExisting relationships with consultants and healthcare executives within Non-Acute markets, specifically Physician Offices, FQHC's, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Behavioral HealthBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision insurancePaid Time OffParental Leave401k and RothFlexible Spending AccountHealth Savings AccountLife InsuranceShort- and Long-Term DisabilityMedical Bridge InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceAccident InsuranceIdentity ProtectionLegal ProtectionPet InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramFitness ReimbursementCompany OverviewHealthStream is a HealthTech company that provides training, credentialing, and workforce management software for healthcare organisations..
