Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 per year A bit about us: We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering and Platform Engineering teams. This role is critical to scaling our infrastructure and data capabilities as we grow rapidly. You’ll be responsible for building high-performing teams, driving technical excellence, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver robust, scalable systems that power our software products. 100% remote. Why join us? • Medical, Dental, Vision • 401k with company match • Generous PTO / sick leave • 100% remote • Competitive compensation & equity • Annual performance bonuses Job Details Responsibilities • Lead and mentor engineers across both Data and Platform teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration. • Define and execute the technical vision for data infrastructure, pipelines, and platform architecture. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align engineering efforts with company goals. • Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development for team members. • Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and performance across systems. • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data solutions and platform services. • Champion DevOps, observability, and automation best practices. Qualifications • Proven experience managing engineering teams in a high-growth environment. • Strong technical background in data engineering, platform/infrastructure engineering, or both. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). • Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka). • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • Experience in B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments. • Background in security, compliance, or data governance. • Prior experience scaling engineering teams from early-stage to maturity Interested in hearing more?
