Must be Local to Dallas/Ft Worth, Tx.
The Account Management Senior Associate will provide support to the Account team of their assigned clients. The Senior Associate will provide client facing support for assigned school districts within the Texas region. The Senior Associate must collaborate with the assigned client to drive service excellence as an ambassador for the planâs prescription benefits. The primary measure of the Senior Associateâs performance is by way of both the Account Team and client satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
⢠Manages day-to-day client district requests.
⢠Meet with school districts as an ambassador for their Rx benefits
⢠Maintains ownership for assigned service/operational deliverables and ensures operational excellence and set-up quality.
⢠Assist with monitoring and identifying service trends as requested, allowing for immediate resolution of any service issues.
⢠Assist with both standard and non-standard reporting/analytics as needed.
⢠Provide support for benefit fairs
⢠Collaborate and take immediate action to resolve operational/service-related issues; escalate issues when appropriate and drive recovery efforts.
⢠Serve as the voice of the client within Express Scripts to drive continuous service improvement and accountability.
⢠Coordinates deliverables with internal operational departments to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Bachelorâs degree in related field or 8 to 11 years of experience.
⢠2-5 years relevant experience with Bachelorâs Degree or Masterâs degree and 0-3 years of relevant experience.
⢠Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products, e-mail and the Internet.
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
⢠Responsiveness, relationship building and Accountability
⢠Knowledge of the healthcare and PBM industry preferred.
⢠Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results.
⢠Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes.
⢠Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
⢠Travel required for this role. Up to 35%
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,700 - 104,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
