About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assoc Manager, Front End Operations to lead our pharmacy team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving retail excellence. As a Front End Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensing pharmacy, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to a team of pharmacy technicians in a fast-paced dispensing pharmacy environment. Implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of prescription information and patient healthcare information. Serve as a primary source of information for internal and external customer questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service and support. Collaborate with pharmacy management to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to the development of strategies to drive business growth and improvement. Analyze and resolve operational issues, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, HIPAA, and pharmacy regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Must be a licensed technician in the state of Ohio or be willing to become so. High school diploma required. Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in supervising pharmacy technicians. Experience in long-term care or equivalent industry. Bachelor's degree or higher. Certification in pharmacy management or a related field.
