Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, organized, and inviting classroom that meets the highest standards of quality care and education
Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to encourage partnership, support, and community engagement
Utilize our proprietary curriculum to create a fun and engaging learning environment that caters to each child's unique developmental needs
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, child portfolios, and USDA documentation
Contribute to the center's success by collaborating with team members and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required
Passion for early childhood education and a genuine warmth towards young children and their families
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to pass state-required criminal background check
