What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Plan, design, implement, supervise, and administer overall regional operations
? Represent the organization in meetings with partner organizations and community providers
? Provide detailed and accurate reports or presentations to senior management
? Meet or exceed program productivity expectations
? Support supervisors in guiding case managers and ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of experience working with vulnerable or migrant populations
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to handle confidential material responsibly
? Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 3 years of experience working with vulnerable or migrant populations
? Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields
