Assistant Night Manager - Full-Time Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club in South Freeport, ME. As an Assistant Night Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the club's operations during nighttime hours, leading and developing a team of overnight associates, and ensuring exceptional member service and merchandising excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the club and overnight team members in the absence of the Night Manager, providing coaching, teaching, and development to ensure excellent member service and effective merchandising
Model and provide excellent member service, while training and motivating overnight team members to do the same
Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, signed, and available for sale in proper quantities throughout the store
Follow and execute company directives related to merchandising, resets, and sales initiatives within the allotted time
Maintain all club policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and positive environment for team members and members

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License required
Forklift operator certification (will be provided by BJ's)
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery, and/or management experience preferred
Prior forklift operating and merchandising experience required
Open shift availability required
