Assistant, Network Team
**Overview:**
The Assistant, Network Team will assist with planning and facilitating training opportunities and development and implementation of a diligent recruitment plan semiannually, providing ongoing peer support to regional foster/adoptive/kinship parents. This is a remote position, but must be available on campus if needed. **Responsibilities:**
ā¢ Plan and facilitate training opportunities for foster/adoptive/kinship parents
ā¢ Develop and implement a diligent recruitment plan semiannually
ā¢ Provide ongoing peer support to regional foster/adoptive/kinship parents
ā¢ Attend monthly regional team meetings
ā¢ Complete necessary paperwork to document program activities, track hours worked, and travel related to program
ā¢ Be available on campus if needed
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
ā¢ At least one year of experience as a foster/adoptive parent with a Kentucky agency
ā¢ Must be a current foster parent or have adopted from Kentucky's foster care system
ā¢ Must be in good standing with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services
ā¢ Additional requirements may apply
