**Responsibilities:**

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Accurately entering and updating data into various systems and databases
* Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
* Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested
* Compiling, sorting, and organizing data to be entered into the database or electronic systems
* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data collected
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus
* Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
* Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
