What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in formulating and compiling media recommendations, including strategic and tactical plans
- Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting, including flowcharts, budget inputs, and campaign details
- Support the Media Planner in campaign execution, management, and reporting
- Compile and analyze data from syndicated research to inform strategy
- Train and manage work for interns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative in communicating project progress with managers
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all work
- Capacity to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and media vendors
- Comfortable with numbers and general math, with the ability to interpret research and analyze data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion or knowledge of the auto marketplace and media strategy planning experience
- Eagerness to learn more about the media landscape and client business
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
