Job Summary:
Competitive salary: $20 per hour
Immediate start date available
Part-time hours, with consistent scheduling after school and on weekends
Remote work arrangement available

Responsibilities:
Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing personalized learning plans
Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with families
Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Mentor and support employee development through on-the-job training
Teach and tutor students using the Mathnasium Method
Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
Requirements:
Passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and be trained
Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
Proficiency in computer skills
