What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a small satellite office team to ensure smooth mail coordination and processing
- Maintain positive internal relationships through professional communication
- Implement strategic plans to meet KPIs and adjust as necessary
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff to uphold operational and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve interdepartmental issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of direct management experience with hourly front-line employees
- At least 2 years of experience in performance management, coaching, and feedback
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving via USPS and common carriers like FedEx or UPS
- High proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to lead effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Familiarity with databases and basic SQL
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask independently
- Proactive problem-solving skills in situations with limited standardization
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
